How Does Our Janitorial Subscription Work?
1. On the menu, select services, purchase one month of service based on the square footage and the number of days per week you’d like labor.
2. A representative of Senate Cleaning will reach out to you immediately to coordinate a time within 24-72 hours to conduct a walk-through of your facility. We will verify the square footage and scope of work to be done (job specifications are customizable to fit the client’s needs).
3. Once verified, we begin service on an agreed-upon date.
4. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Senate Cleaning is a family-owned, small business that has been providing high-quality commercial cleaning services in the Washington Metro area for more than a decade.
Our staple services are our office cleaning and apartment commons cleaning packages. We work extensively with companies and property managers to understand and provide the needs of our clients.
We offer short term contracts, less than a year, to help the client maintain as much autonomy as possible. However, we are always open to extending the contract if it meets the needs of the client.
We care about the working relationship and will check up on our clients as often as possible. Here at Senate Cleaning we strive to do our best, each time, all the time.
